Indulge in a classic Italian treat with this Diplomatico Cake. Rich, delicious layers of pastry are delicately topped with a chocolate drip, making this the perfect dessert for any occasion.
This cake is 3.5” high, and has a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It has one layer of vanilla custard cream and one layer of chocolate custard cream.
1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"
Note: This cake will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected.

Truly the best cake I’ve ever had. Not too sweet but light and delicious with great texture. Will be ordering again!!
I got the large square and it made a great impression visually. I did expect more layers of pastry other than 2. The flavour was all cream and custard. Not terrible bit not great. Also quickly loses its shape.
