Tre Mari Reheating & Cooking Instructions

Lasagna & Eggplant Parmigiana
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Remove lid from tray. For best results, cover the tray with aluminum foil and place it on the middle rack in the oven.
- Cook from frozen for approximately 60-70 minutes. If thawed, cook for 30-40 minutes.
- Remove foil for the last 10-15 minutes.
- Let it stand for 5-10 minutes
Fried Shrimp & Calamari Reheating
- Preheat oven to 450℉.
- Remove aluminum or plastic lid before placing in oven
- Heat for 5 minutes.
Basa or Cod Reheating
- Preheat oven to 450℉.
- Remove aluminum or plastic lid before placing in oven
- Heat for 5 minutes.
Soup/Sauces
- Place the soup/sauce in a saucepan or pot.
- Heat on medium heat until desired temperature.
Rice Balls
- Preheat oven to 450℉.
- Place frozen rice balls onto a baking tray lined with parchment
- Place in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes

Meatballs
- Defrost
- Place meatballs in your pot of desired sauce
- Heat on the stove top for 15-20 minutes
