La Ragazza (The Girlfriend) Sandwich

Grilled Zucchini on a multigrain bun. A large bocconcino sliced with some tomatoes, and a thin layer of pesto to top it off. 

All sandwiches are cut in half, individually wrapped and displayed on a black catering  tray.
