Hot Pink Drip

This cake is masked in butter cream and the colours is whipped into the cake, not airbrushed. The top ganache is poured over the cake.
Extra high means thicker layers of sponge to make the cake 6"-7" tall vs the traditional 3.5"-4" regular height. The slices are taller so what you loose in width you gain in height.

All chocolate version contains nuts and alcohol.
