St. Honore Sfoglia

Indulge in the traditional tastes of Italian sfoglia, with a twist! Made from only the best ingredients, this delectable treat is guaranteed to satisfy your craving for sfoglia and delicious chocolate and vanilla cream puffs.

This cake has a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It has one layer of chocolate custard cream and one layer of vanilla custard cream, and is covered with chocolate and vanilla cream puffs. Please note the size of cake is one size down due to the cream puffs. (Example - 8" St. Honore contains a 6" sfoglia cake inside). 

1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"

Note: Note: This cake contains nuts and alcohol. It can be made without alcohol syrup, but CANNOT be made without nuts.
